At the left side is Mom's sister, Cheryl. At the right side is Dad's friend, Lynn (but soon after his cousin by marriage). Krista is at the front. She is Dad's oldest sister's oldest daughter and was their flower girl. Cheryl and Lynn stood up for Mom and Dad in their wedding.
Allie, Carrie, and I took care of 'the spread'.
I'm not sure of the final count, but it was somewhere around 60 people. Thankfully it was a nice day so the kids mostly played in the backyard and people could mingle out there as well.
Atticus and his cousin from Jamaica, Travion (he's taken a real shine to Atti).
Atticus even got Auntie Dianne on the trampoline.
It was a really fun day of seeing a lot of friends and family. I think Mom and Dad enjoyed themselves, and when it was all done Dad whisked Mom away to a surprise stay at a hotel for 2 nights. I think he had swimming, a movie, supper, and some shopping planned for them. Until then, the boys and I are on our own with a bunch of leftover veggies to eat.
I hope you're having a wonderful time, Mom and Dad. Congratulations on 40 years of marriage.
