This is Atticus' favorite thing to do in the house right now. It involves the basement stairs, many, many cars, and Grandpa (no one else equals Grandpa's car playing). He will cut short any meal if 'car playing on the stairs' enters his mind, and will hound Grandpa to cut short his meal as well. He loves this game and could play it for hours on end (if Grandpa dares take a bathroom break he'll follow him to the door and wait outside reminding Grandpa that he's supposed to be 'playing cars on the stairs'). And it MUST be on the stairs, no other place will do.
Dillon is frantic to crawl. He gets himself bent forward, but his knees stick out the side like a frog and his arms get tired so he collapses before he can make a move forward. He's not content to sit on his bum anymore, so I'm thinking any day now he's going to graduate to a crawler.
It was Ethan's turn to sleepover on Friday. The first time he stayed over was Atti's first sleepover and Atti wasn't real sure what was happening. This time he was happy as can be to have a bed buddy and he kept Ethan up late talking toddler talk to him.
Ethan brought his recorders so the two of them could put on a concert for us. It was some concert I'll tell ya that!
If one is good, two must be better.

Dad, Atticus, Ethan, Ryan, and Jared went to the Sports and Leisure show on Friday, but Dad forgot the camera so, unfortunately, no pictures (Ryan, send me the pictures on your phone!). There were some pretty neat things there (a "Man Shed"!) that would be nice to have tucked away in one's garage. Maybe next year (NOT the "Man Shed").

I've been wondering if Jared & Atti should have a sleepover...on second thought, maybe we'll give them a couple of years! :)
