Last night mom and I went to see, "Marley and Me". I was surprised (after all, I did read the book) that it had such close parallels to my life. If you want the inside track to my life with Silas and Vin, check out this movie. I even found the relationship between Marley (the dog) and Jon (the husband) very similar to how Vin and Silas are with eachother (although Vin denies he'd sleep downstairs with Silas when he gets too old to go upstairs, but I'm not so sure). Cute movie, and really made me appreciate our really great dog.
And then tonight (oh my, 2 movies in 2 nights) Allie and I went to, "He's Just Not That Into You". It was funny, too. It seemed like they kind of flipped on the whole premise of the movie at the end, though. And there was sort of an, "Ahh, whatever works for you. Don't worry about anyone else." mentality to it. But certainly some truths in it despite the fact that there was some shameful behavior had.
I think "Slumdog Millionaire" is next.
