A cool fall week...

Well, this week hasn't seen too many big events. We did say good-bye to Vin last Sunday (and boy do we miss him). I don't think Atticus really understands (or realizes a lot of the time) that daddy isn't here, but today he did add a lot of 'Daddy's' into his toddler talk. Dill and Atti both have colds (still!) and are having trouble sleeping because of coughing, so the nights are a bit tricky at times just being one. 

The weather is also getting a bit nippy out. I took Atticus out for a walk yesterday, and although he would've stayed out all day, I got cold and made him come in. The day before Vin left he took Atticus out and they actually saw some guys moving cattle from one trailer to another (right on the city street!) and now whenever we go out he asks about the cows. Also makes the the 'moo' sound but with a horsey sounding twist. I'm actually really surprised that Atticus will walk as far as he does without asking to be carried. I'm so glad that he now has the opportunity to spend so much time outside (with his nose running down to his shoes).
