Dillon's birthday part 2...

I'm so tired and I'm so behind in all that I want to post and I'm getting even more tired and behind as the hours tick by. Before I crash (hard) for the night (it's really after midnight on July 17) I want to post the pictures (I can keep my eyes open to post) from Dill's party.

Vin makes and decorates the cakes in our house now (I stress way too much to do it myself). Can't tell you how much I appreciate that he does this. And that he always does such a good job is, well, icing on the cake!

Dad got a mini-fridge for his birthday, complete with Coke and Eatmore bars, for in his garage.

You're right, Jen! He LOVED eating the corn off the cob.

But apparently all that gnawing wore him right out.

The loot.

His outdoor play center.

Getting it put together.

Testing it out (c'mon, Dill, BOTH feet on the floor).

The party people (minus 1).

Ryan coveting my road-bike (I know you were, Ryan).

The messiest he really got with his cake.

He's more of an ice-cream cone boy.

The real serious party people brought their jammies and stayed awhile (yes, that is Allie's 'my little pony').

They gave it a shot, but it lasted all of 2 seconds.

Dillon in a birthday box. Really, what more could a kid want!?!

And just because I'm thinking of it...

When Vin was packing to come here I told him to fill any extra suitcase space with my summer clothes. Here is a list of a few of my things that made it over...

- maternity bathing suit
- maternity pants
- various maternity tops
- a couple (mck)scarves
- a SERIOUSLY crop top that I had made 8 years and 20 pounds ago

It made for a fun and interesting unpacking job on my behalf!

I figured since I have forgotten to bring my own jammies, I was entitled to swipe Ayda's "My Little Pony". She doesn't appreciate it the way I do, anyway! Tee hee. :)
