Me: Is there anything you'd me to pray about tonight Atticus?
Atticus: Vampires.
Me: Uhhhh, okay.
I start praying and am 1/2 way through when he chirps up...
Atticus: And the vampires.
Me: Right. The vampires. Uhhh, thank you Jesus that you didn't make vampires...
Atticus: And that they have capes.
Me: Right. Thank you Jesus that you didn't make vampires and that the vampires that you didn't make and are not real and have capes (huh?).
I can honestly say I have no idea where he got any such notion of vampires as I'm pretty sure Treehouse doesn't show such things and I'm positive Veggie Tales doesn't. Just goes to show you can never guard their little eyes and ears completely. I did ask him what a vampire was and he said 'someone you dress up' and seemed not at all concerned about them. 'Bad boys' have taken on a whole new meaning now.

I'm so glad it didn't bother his sleep, but I love that it was on his heart to pray for the vampires (that of course do not exist)....
