Seems every time the boys want to build a snowman it's too cold and the snow isn't sticky enough. We did manage to get out there a few days ago and get one made (he's since been pushed over). This may be the first snowman the boys have made (Dillon for sure).
Snow angel making. Except Dillon chose a mound of snow to make his on and was disappointed it didn't work very well (at all).
The beginnings of the snow fort. Clearly not big enough for both boys so we employed some help...
In a matter of a couple minutes he'd doubled what I'd spent much more time and energy digging.
All the kids at Gammagampa's that 'didn't like' Dillon. If you look carefully you'll see Chris under them all.
I started Atticus on some preschooler books. The first book starts out recognizing numbers; we got to #4 on day 1. He really enjoys doing them and gets so much satisfaction out of sitting down to work. He still needs to learn the very basics (like holding the crayon correctly), but it's fun to see him learning and trying.
