Well, after missing the first week of school because they forgot to call us and inform us that school was beginning (they were supposed to move but are staying put until mid-October), he did make it to class. So far there hasn't been a morning that he hasn't complained about being woken up (he usually gets up at 8:30 or 9, but on school days I wake him up at 8). And on his first morning he pretended to be asleep so he wouldn't have to get out of the truck and go to school.
He's now made some friends, learned some songs, and knows the way his class works, but he's still not real happy with the earlier-to-bed, need-to-have-a-bath, must-get-up-at-8 regulations that have been mandated on school nights and mornings.
First day.
His locker.
Vin asked him where he wanted to go for lunch after we picked him up on his first day. He said Boston Pizza. We ended up at Sushi To Go. Surprisingly he ate really well (except the seaweed; he pulled it off), and Dillon ate virtually anything.
Home to read to his baby sister. I love it when he does this; the stories are so funny and it's so sweet he wants to read to her.
I remember having a picture outside of my house when I was going off to school so I wanted to do the same for him. This was actually his second day of school.
Bath time.
Suri's first popcorn night at her Great-Grandma's. A pretty good turn out!
Cuddle time with Anna (in town for a few weeks).
Filling her pants?
My sleeping beauty. Oh the pictures we have taken.
Grandma stopping by to get some newborn time (and of course some 3 and 4 year old time).

Wow, so much happening all at once! Congratulations, Atti on starting school!!! Glad to hear you're getting into the swing of things! And Suri - hard to believe she's already 3 weeks! Oh and in that photo of Atti's second day of school - is that him and Dill? Is Dill really almost as tall as him already? Or is it just the angle!?! Wow!
