My patient people...

...here are some pictures for you.

How many cats would agree to this?

He's such a good sport that Odus.

We were at 'Cricket Creek' taking part in all the blow-up bounce-house fun when Atticus came down one of the GIANT slides and ran his eye into Vin's camera lens. Many, many tears, and a week or so of looking like he just came out of the boxing ring. He'd been asking for a coconut drink for some time so that was his 'feel better' treat the next day.

And we foolishly bought sofas.

This is the giant (pirate ship) slide the eye-into-camera incident happened on.

Dillon wouldn't cooperate for the required group photo.

Vin's sister, Sara, was here for 10 days (?). The boys and I took her to the WDM one of those cool early mornings that looked like it was going to stay cool all day (but didn't). Dillon was again his cooperative self and put up with having his picture taken only if he didn't have to sit or stand near anyone.

At one point (likely when I was trying to set up a group photo) Dill took off and we found him sitting all on his own in this funky stroller.

I teach riding lessons at work now. There are 2 classes with 3 girls in each. This is the older 3, the younger 3 still have to share a horse as they aren't capable of controlling one themselves without me very nearby.

And my girls. I still have them both. They've been for sale for about a month, and although I had a lot of interest (some very promising) no one has actually come out to see either of them. I don't really understand; I'm not asking a lot for them (especially for what you get!) and they're nice looking. Why not come out and see if what I've said about them is true? I reworked their ads on various different sites, so we'll see if something comes up now. Hopefully one of them will find a great home before I leave for Hawaii October 5th.

I also decided to start riding them western as well so they'll be attractive to a broader range of people and riding styles. This is (Kentucky) Justice; you'd never guess that less than 3 months ago she was a race horse tearing around a race track.
